Since becoming a Licensed and Registered Architect, Mary Ann Figueras have built over ten years of professional experience delivering high-quality architectural design and documentation services across the Philippines, Australia, and the United States. Her professional experience encompasses a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from small to large-scale developments, including complex initiatives within the residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and transportation sectors.
She approach each projects with a deep commitment to precision, efficiency, and open collaboration. By working closely with the architects, engineers and allied professionals, she ensure that every design is both technically sound and aligned with the client’s vision. Mary's expertise includes architectural design and detailing, comprehensive construction documentation, BIM modeling and coordination, and strict compliance with Philippine, U.S., and Australian building codes. She is also skilled in 3D visualization and rendering, with specialized familiarity in wood construction in United States.
